Objective

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in stocks of emerging market country issuers. The Fund may change its investment objective without shareholder approval.

Investment Strategy

The Fund will invest primarily in common stocks, but also may invest in other types of equity securities, including preferred stock, convertible securities, depositary receipts and rights and warrants to buy common stocks
