The Investment Team

We don’t believe in star managers – instead, we take a team approach and make decisions collectively. We believe cross-coverage of securities increases our objectivity and lessens our reliance on a single view.

Our Emerging Markets Equity Team is made up of over 30 investment professionals around the world, with an average of nine years’ experience researching and picking stocks.

The team carries out ongoing research, making around 1,400 company visits each year and continually monitoring stocks and evaluating them against market movements.
