In July 2005 we disposed of our interests in ScotNursing, a provider of temporary and agency nursing care staff into the healthcare sector. The exit generated an IRR of 10% and cash on cash return of 1.4x for our client funds. The founder of the business has bought back our stake in the business and now controls 100% of the company.
