Bond Aviation Solutions Limited

In November 2006 Bond Aviation Solutions, one of the UK’s leading pilot training organisations, was sold to Indian based Alpha Aviation Group for an undisclosed sum. The London office of Aberdeen originally led the £4m management buy-out of Bond from charter airline Astraeus in November 2005. The sale of Bond has generated a cash return of £4.5m on an original investment of £2.5m, representing a 1.8x money return in eleven months and an internal rate of return of 86%.
