Private Equity Provider of the Year
Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity is delighted to announce that Colin Stirling has been named as Private Equity Provider of the Year 2007 at the Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers awards for 2007.
The same evening also saw Colin nominated for Dealmaker of the Year and the team at Aberdeen nominated for Private Equity House of the Year.
The award and nominations are recognition for our team who have been active in the region and completed three transactions during the past twelve months:-
Management Buy-Out of EDSR - Feb 2007 - Wetherby - A provider of remediation and specialist services to the land decontamination sector.
Sale of Plaxton - May 2007 - Scarborough - Leading manufacturer of luxury coaches and buses.
£8.85m investment in Adler and Allan - Jun 2007 - Harrogate - A provider of oil related and environmental clean up services.
The team are keen to maintain this momentum and remain focused on deals across the UK that require between £5m and £20m of equity.
