Steve Marshall – VCT Sales and Marketing Manager
Steve Marshall is the Sales & marketing manager for the Growth Capital team within Private Equity, responsible for developing VCT and PE sales channels and maintaining relationships with Advisers, wealth managers and key VCT/PE commentators. Steve joined Aberdeen in late 2006 from AXA Life where he has spent the last two years advising major corporate accounts and business partners of AXA. Steve's background and degree were in Computing, before he became a Navigating Officer in the Royal Navy. He moved into financial services with London Life in 1991, and since then has also held senior roles with Scottish Equitable and Friends Provident, where he focused on managing relationships within the investment and pensions markets and helped develop their corporate and investment sales strategy. Steve was also nominated for Friend Provident's European management development programme, developing projects with European partner companies.
