In November 2005 Enterprise Food Group sold two of its manufacturing subsidiaries, California Cake Company and Campbell's Cake Company to Finsbury Food Group Plc. The disposal generated a 1.1x cash return for our clients against an initial investment of £1.7 million. We have retained a significant minority stake in the residual business for an effective 'nil cost' with the management now free to concentrate on growing the remaining supply chain operations.
