We are generally regarded as one of the most experienced High Yield teams operating in Europe. We have been investing regularly in the Euro asset class since its 'official' inception in 1999 and long before that in multi-currency, higher yielding products. The European High Yield market has seen rapid growth during the past 6 years, both in terms of issuers and investor base. This growth is expected to continue for the foreseeable future as investors look to enhance yield and companies utilise its flexibility where, in the past, they would have looked to more traditional financing.
A variety of mandates are managed by the team across the High Yield spectrum. A consistent, credit intensive approach is adopted to optimise returns when balanced against risk.
