We provide our permanent employees with a total reward package. This includes compensation and benefits driven by market conditions in the regions we operate in.

  • Compensation is based on performance, linked to a combination of group, division, team and individual performance.
  • We assess individuals through performance appraisals.
  • We regularly benchmark compensation, both by region and against what leading competitors offer.
  • Compensation for our highest earners is linked to value for shareholders: a portion of their total annual compensation is given in deferred equity linked awards.
