We want to recruit bright, articulate -- and for investment roles, numerate -- graduates who are prepared to work hard. We have a lengthy internship-led evaluation programme. This programme is run primarily in the UK, although local candidates may alternatively apply in Singapore (Asia), Sydney and Philadelphia (US).
