Aberdeen Asset Management PLC are committed to providing a highly attractive total reward package including a competitive market salary, a discretionary bonus based on performance and a pension scheme to help you invest for your later years.

Salary

Salary is paid in line with external and internal market trends. Currently salaries are reviewed on an annual basis in January.

Discretionary Bonus

Permanent staff employees participate in the Discretionary Bonus scheme, which is paid out in December.

Pension

The Company offers competitive pension schemes. In the UK this takes the form of a Group Personal Pension Plan (GPP).

Private Health Care

Private Health Care is provided to all permanent staff employees. You can cover yourself (i.e. single cover), your partner/wife, your family or just your children.

Permanent Health Insurance and Life Assurance

All permanent staff employees will be provided with Permanent Health Insurance and life Assurance. This is provided free and is not taxed. If unable to work through either accident or illness you will be insured for 75% of your basic annual salary until the age of 65.

Holidays

The Company operates a generous annual holiday allowance. Employees are also entitled to public holidays (currently set at 8 days for the UK).
