Aberdeen Brunei Senior Masters has been an important date in the Asian golfing calendar since we took on the title sponsorship in 2009. The next event takes place in spring 2011.
Aberdeen Brunei Senior Masters is the latest in a long line of golfing connections for us, highlighting our commitment to both golfing events and Asia-Pacific region.
In 2010, Boonchu Ruangkit became the Aberdeen Brunei Senior Masters Champion. He took the trophy for Thailand after a tense play-off with Frankie Minoza of the Philippines.
The event is held every year at the Empire Hotel and Country Club in Brunei, Borneo. The 18-hole course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, overlooks the ocean and offers some of the best views in Brunei.
