Aberdeen agree new sponsorship agreement

A new sponsorship agreement with the British Dragon Association has been agreed for a further three years. The 2009 season will also see Aberdeen sponsor the Dragon South-West Championship in Falmouth from 5-7 July, the Edinburgh Cup also in Falmouth from 8-11 July. The Edinburgh Cup, presented to the class by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh in 1948, is awarded annually to the winner of the British Open National Championship and is one of the most prestigious and hotly contested trophies in British yachting. The 2009 events will be hosted by the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, Falmouth Cornwall.
