Early 2012 has seen global equity markets advance amid strengthening risk appetites. In this short video, Senior Global Equities Manager Bruce Stout cautions that despite this rally, corporate profitability is set to decline - albeit balance sheets are strong. Bruce concludes that given persistent debt problems in the West, he and his colleagues are looking towards Asia and emerging markets where the outlook for earnings and dividend growth is healthier.
